Reference guide for the sales team
FOB Free On Board Our Default

You deliver the goods and load them onto the ship. Once on board, the buyer takes over all costs and risks.

Good for: When the buyer wants to arrange their own shipping — common in Asia-Pacific trade.

Good for: Giving buyers a simple, predictable price — you control the shipment, they handle local customs.
DDPDelivered Duty Paid

You handle everything — shipping, insurance, and import duties in the buyer's country. The buyer just receives at their door.

Buyer
  • Unloading (usually)
Good for: Premium service to the buyer — but highest risk and cost for you.
How To Use
A quick guide for the team
Adding Pins

Search or click
Type a city, address, or port name in the search bar — or click Add Pin then click anywhere on the map.

Fill in details
Give the pin a name, description, and choose a color. You can also attach a photo.

Edit anytime
Click the pencil icon on any pin in the category pages to edit or delete it.
Adding Routes

Choose route type
Click Truck Route (red solid line) or Sea Route (blue dashed) in the Routes panel on the right side of the map.

Select two pins
Click the start pin, then the destination pin. A popup will appear to name the route. Truck routes automatically follow real roads with distance and drive time estimates.

Hover for info
Hover over any route line to see its details. Click it to see the full popup with distance, time, and a delete option.
Intermodal Routes (Truck + Sea + Truck)

Start an intermodal route
Click + Intermodal in the Routes panel. This lets you chain multiple legs with different transport modes into a single named route — e.g. factory by truck to a port, then sea to another port, then truck to a warehouse.

Build legs one by one
Click the starting pin. A floating bar appears — select Truck or Sea, then click the next pin. That leg is drawn immediately. Keep adding legs in any combination.

Finish and name it
Once you have at least two legs, click Done ✓ in the floating bar. A name is suggested automatically — edit it and click Save Route. The full journey appears as one entry in the Routes panel.
Saving & Sharing

Save your map
Click Save in the top-right. The button turns yellow when you have unsaved changes.

Everyone on the link sees it
All team members on the same URL see the same map once saved.
Tip: Use the Delete button in the map sidebar to enter delete mode, then click any pin or route to remove it.
